Round Toothpick
Acrylic Palette: Red, Blue, Brown, And White
Clear acrylic spray or brush on finish.
Brushes: Size 6 & 4 flat shader, 1 liner
Black fine permanent waterproof pen
Small piece of scrap wood
Hammer
Silver thread for ornaments
Silicone Adhesive (E-6000)

INSTRUCTIONS
STAR & HEART FLAG LAPEL PINS - PATTERN for both Star & Heart. These two pieces could also be used as ornaments.
Round Toothpick (use scissors to snip off one pointed end. This will be the top of your flagpole.)
Use jewelry pliers to bend two points of star & one edge of heart toward back. See pattern & color sample.
Paint the toothpicks flagpole white. You can add a red or blue cap to the cut end of the pole.
Paint the field of stars blue using your #4 flat. Paint every other stripe red. Use the liner to paint stars in white.
Glue pole into bend of star or heart. Glue on pin back.
