The shipping and handling charges that automatically come up in the shopping cart are only for customers in the Continental 48 United States.
The shipping and handling charges are as follows:

OUTSIDE Continental 48 United States
You are responsible for the full amount of freight costs on shipments made outside the 48 Continental United States.
All shipments made outside the USA may be subject to import customs charges, duties, fees and/or taxes which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local Customs Office for an estimate of charges on your order.
