Instructions
Paint entire bunny white. Use size 8 flat brush to paint the two daisy flowers, tulip, nose and inside the ears in pale pink. Using the same brush paint around the edges, around the center of each flower and at the base of each ear with your bright pink. Dot yellow, using the wooden end of your brush, to the center of the two daisy flowers. Paint the leaves & stems pale green, shade one side of all leaves and stems with your medium dark green. Paint eyes black. Outline eye, nose and whiskers using the liner brush and thin brown paint. Let dry completely. Varnish with acrylic gloss varnish. Let dry completely. Mix brown paint and water to a milk consistency. Brush brown mixture over half of your bunny. Using a damp paper towel wipe away a good portion of the brown mixture. Leave the brown in the crevasse of the paper mache to give it the antique look. Repeat with the other side. Let dry completely and varnish with another coat of the clear acrylic gloss varnish. |
