Catalog Instructions!
  • HOW TO SHOP: Clicking the Store Front button above will reveal product categories. Click on a category to view all related products in the category. Products may show up in more than one category. If you decide to buy products you should first Register. The Register button is located at the top right menu bar. When you register you will decide a login Username & Password. You will need to remember this because when you return to the DCC Online Store all you have to do is login and all your shipping and billing information is still saved. At the time of login you are shown your information, if you need to update this information there is a button to clik to enter your registered information.

  • SEARCH: You may perform an item number or keyword search of our database of over 3,000 product items by clicking Search on the top right menu bar from anywhere in the store.


    Ordering Instructions!

    When you see an item you want to purchase, click on the add to cart button below the product. You may view your selected items or change quantities by clicking View Cart on the top menu. If you wish to add a message when you order, there is a comments box that you can write a short message in when you check out.

    If you prefer not to order through our online store, you may use the following options:


    • FAX: Fax your order to our 24-hour fax line at 316-685-7606.
      Fax your order and all the necessary information to us anytime day or night. Our fax machine is always on! We will call, e-mail or fax a confirmation of your order.

    • MAIL: Mail your order to 428 S. ZELTA, WICHITA, KS 67207.
      Mail in your order and all the necessary information, and credit card information. Kansas residents please be sure to add the appropriate tax. State taxes are as follows: Kansas = 7.3%
      If you are unsure what amount to send, please call to have one of our sales staff assist you.

      Shipping Terms!

      PROMPT SERVICE!
      We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, this means we'll process and ship your in-stock merchandise within three business days from the time the order is received. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive at your door.

      INSIDE Continental 48 United States
      The shipping and handling charges that automatically come up in the shopping cart are only for customers in the Continental 48 United States. The shipping and handling charges are as follows:

OUTSIDE Continental 48 United States
You are responsible for the full amount of freight costs on shipments made outside the 48 Continental United States. All shipments made outside the USA may be subject to import customs charges, duties, fees and/or taxes which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local Customs Office for an estimate of charges on your order.

BACK ORDERS
We will email you when back orders are available & you can re-order at that time.
 


Payment!

Only credit card orders are acceptable through our online store. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. Your card will be charged the same day your order ships.


Guarantee!

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange your merchandise or refund the amount of your order, less shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please call 316-685-6265 ext. 015 to obtain a Return Authorization number when returning merchandise.

We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice. Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if they are returned, except if defective.

All sales are final on close-out and sale merchandise through our online store. We cannot guarantee that close-out items will be in stock. We do our best to fill orders as complete as possible, but occasionally close-out/sidewalk sale items sell out faster than we can remove them from our online store and are no longer available. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
