You could also write this with your permanent waterproof pen instead of the brush. The vine line is painted in brown. This is an irregular line not a perfect straight line. Highlight the vine in ivory. The leaves are painted with two colors on your brush, dark green and yellow green. The blueberry is violet dotted on with the end of your sponge brush. After everything is dry shadow around the vine & berries with a wash of brown.
